🛠️ Delegated Administrative Settings

Why am I missing a setting?

Districts decide which administrative settings are managed centrally and which can be managed by school-level administrators.

Depending on your district's configuration, school administrators may be able to manage items such as school information, calendars, teacher visibility settings, and user access. If you do not see one of these options, your district may not have delegated that setting to your school.

👀 Teacher Access & Visibility

What can teachers see?

Schools and districts can determine how much information teachers can view for students rostered to them. Depending on your configuration, teachers may see all permitted discipline information for their rostered students or only information they personally documented.

Configure Teacher Visibility for Your School
Learn how visibility settings control teacher access to discipline incidents, minor infractions, positive referrals, and notes for students rostered to them.
Allow an Individual Teacher to View All Data for Rostered Students
Grant additional visibility to a specific teacher without changing the visibility settings for every teacher at the school.

🏷️ Teacher-Visible Behavior Codes

Configure Teacher-Visible Behavior Codes When Submitting a Discipline Incident
When a teacher submits a discipline incident, they select a behavior code to describe the incident. This serves as a placeholder for the administrator reviewing the referral. The administrator determines the official behavior code when processing the incident.

Districts can control which behavior codes teachers are allowed to select during submission. If this setting has been delegated, school administrators can manage the available teacher-submission behavior codes for their school.

⚡ Real-Time Alerts & Automation

Automate common student workflows

Real-Time Alerts allow schools and districts to automatically identify students when specific attendance, discipline, or student criteria are met.

Instead of relying on staff to manually monitor student records or reports, Real-Time Alerts can automatically trigger workflows and notify the appropriate staff when a student reaches a configured threshold.

Real-Time Alerts & Automation
Use Real-Time Alerts to automate workflows such as identifying students who reach a certain number of tardies, monitoring attendance or discipline thresholds, or alerting staff when a student with an IEP reaches 10 days of OSS.

Rules can be configured around specific criteria so staff are automatically made aware when intervention or follow-up may be needed.
