During this period, the entire system may be unavailable at times. Even when the system is accessible, some features may be unavailable or may not work as expected. This could affect file uploads, translations, document generation, email notifications, and other areas of simpldiscipline.

Update Principal or Assistant Principal Name On Letters

To update a principal name in simpldiscipline:

  1. Navigate to the red Admin Area.
  2. Select Locations and schools on the left side navigation menu
  3. Select the school you would like to update.
  4. Edit the School administrator block, Principal name, and Assistant principal name fields.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the window and select Update Location to save your changes.
Note: These correlate to the {school_administrators}, {school_principal_name}, and {school_assistant_principal_name} letter variables.
