Mass Add Students | Positive Referrals and Notes

Users can mass add students to Positive Referrals and Notes, making it easy to document the same referral or note for multiple students at once.

There are three ways to add multiple students:

1. Add an Entire Class
Select a class to automatically add every student currently enrolled in that class. This is useful when documenting the same positive referral or note for an entire class. After the class is added, you can still add or remove individual students before saving.

2. Paste SIS ID Numbers

Paste a list of student SIS ID numbers to quickly add multiple students. SIS IDs can be separated by commas, spaces, or new lines.

3. Upload a CSV of SIS ID Numbers

Upload a CSV containing student SIS ID numbers to add multiple students at once. The file may contain a single sis_id column or one SIS ID per line.

Note: This feature is only used to add students to the current Positive Referral or Note. It is not the same as the Import Notes feature, which imports complete note records (including dates, note types, note text, etc.) from a CSV file.
