Mass Send Parent Notifications

When more than one student is added to a discipline incident, minor infraction, or positive referral, a Mass Send Notifications button will appear. This feature allows users to send parent/guardian notifications for all students in the incident at once, eliminating the need to send each notification individually.Users still have the option to send notifications one student at a time using the standard Notify Parent/Guardian button.

To use this functionality, select "Mass send notifications" 

The send notifications dialog will appear. After reviewing the recipients and notification options, users can select Send All Notifications at the bottom of the page to send all emails at once. A separate email will be sent for each individual student, just as if the user had selected the Notify Parent option for each student individually.
