Aeries Integration

simpldiscipline integrates with the Aeries Student Information System to import student information and staff information. simpldiscipline, at this time, does not import discipline or attendance data into Aeries.

simpldiscipline requires an API connection (a "certificate" in Aeries) to sync student and staff information.

1) Login to the Aeries admin portal

2) Navigate to Security > API Security

3) On the API Security page, select Add New Record

4) On the Product Information page, enter simpldiscipline for the Product Name and click Insert. You should not select a type in the dropdown box, it should be left blank.

5) Once the simpldiscipline record has been created, assign Read access for the following table and program areas:

6) After all permissions have been assigned, check the Display Certificate Details checkbox and share the certificate key with us via our implementation form linked here.
