Configure Default Letter Templates

Super Administrators can select default letter templates directly within the user interface. When viewing letter templates in the Admin area, users can designate a default template for discipline incidents, minor infractions, and positive referrals. These defaults can be set for each school location, ensuring consistency in communication across the district.

Navigate to the Admin Area > Letter Templates (right side navigation)

You can use the Mass Assign feature to update all locations at once or manually select individual locations using the dropdown menu under each template type.
