Convert a Minor Infraction to a Discipline Incident

Users with the Reviewer role can upgrade a minor infraction to a discipline incident. Note: Teachers do not have the ability to convert minor infractions into discipline incidents—only users with the Reviewer role can perform this 

Navigate to the Reviewer area and use either the Search Incidents or Quick Student Lookup to locate the minor infraction. Once you’ve opened the minor infraction, click the “Convert to Incident” button to proceed.
