Streamlined Access to the Approval Page for Reviewers

 Users with the Reviewer role can now be automatically redirected to the approval page immediately after submitting a discipline incident, eliminating the need to click additional buttons. This setting is enabled by default for all users with the Reviewer role but can be manually turned off in the settings if preferred.
