Update Photos / Pictures in simpldiscipline

At simpldiscipline, we understand the importance of having up-to-date student photos to streamline identification in the incident management process. To ensure efficiency and minimize strain on technical resources, student photos are synced from the Student Information System (SIS) every two weeks.

Photo syncing is a resource-intensive process that involves transferring and updating large volumes of image data. To reduce the impact on system performance, we have scheduled these updates to occur every two weeks.

If you need student photos updated before the next scheduled sync, we’re happy to assist! Simply email help@simpledu.org, and our support team will manually run the sync to ensure the latest images are available in your system.
