Configuring Incident Visibility by School | Grant Teachers Viewing to All Incidents/Infractions for Their Rostered Students
Admin Area > Security Settings
By default, in simpldiscipline, staff can only view incidents they have submitted. However, if you want teachers to have access to all incidents submitted for their rostered students—including those submitted by other teachers and staff—you can adjust the visibility settings for each school individually.
Super Administrators should go to the admin area of simpldiscipline and select “Security Settings” from the left-hand navigation menu.
After selecting the security settings, use the dropdown menu on the right to change the option to “Staff view all incidents submitted for rostered students.”
Important: Do not select “Staff view all incidents submitted for any student.” This setting must be configured by simpldiscipline staff. If you would like to enable this option, please email help@simpledu.org with your request.
Make sure to save your changes by clicking the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
