Teachers can generate a Student Incident Summary from simpldiscipline. The report can include discipline incidents, minor infractions, positive referrals, or notes.

Open the Student Overview Page
There are two ways to access a student's Student Overview page:

  • Quick Student Lookup
    • Use the Quick Student Lookup at the top of the page.
    • Search for and select the student.

  • My Classes
    • Open My Classes.
    • Select the appropriate class.
    • Select the student you would like to view.

Once you are on the Student Overview page, locate the Toolbox and select View Student Incident Summary.

Configure the Report
Before generating the report, you can customize the information you would like to include.

Content Types
Choose which types of student information should appear on the report, such as: Discipline Incidents, Minor Infractions, Positive Referrals, or Notes
You can select one or multiple types.

Date Range
Use the date options to select the timeframe you would like included on the report. You can use the available date selections or enter a custom date range.

Choose Which Records to Include
Depending on your permissions, you may see options for:
All Content I Can View – Includes all records you have permission to view for the student.
Only My Content – Includes only records that you personally submitted or documented.
If your permissions only allow you to view your own records, this option may not appear.
