The Student Overview page includes a section that displays all documents associated with a student in one place. You can navigate to the Student Overview page by using the Quick Student Lookup in the left-side navigation menu within the Reviewer area.
This section includes:
•Generated letters (excluding any that have been voided)
•Generated documents
•Uploaded attachments
By default, users with the Reviewer, Reviewer – Read Only, or Reviewer – Read Only + Truancy Center roles can view all items in this section.
Users can click on the Type to open the associated incident, minor infraction, positive referral, or note tied to the letter or attachment. Users can also click on the notification badge to view details about emails related to the letter.
Teacher Access
Teacher access is based on your school’s visibility settings. Teachers can access these items from the Student Overview page within the “My Classes” area for students they are rostered to.
In general, teachers can view:
•Letters and attachments related to minor infractions
•Letters from positive referrals
•Attachments from notes
Teachers are not able to view letters generated for discipline incidents.
