Add the ability to notify parents when a note is created for a student.
This would allow staff to quickly communicate updates or concerns to parents without needing to create a full incident or minor. When creating a note, users could optionally select a “Notify Parent” option, which would send the note content (or a customizable message) to the student’s parent/guardian.
This feature would streamline communication, reduce extra steps, and help keep families more informed in real time.
