Turn off Admin Feedback when the admin is making the referral

Is there any way to turn of the requirement for admin feedback when the admin is making the referral. I can understand if the teacher is making it, but if I am making the referral, I don't need to give myself feedback.

This has been released as of 9/30/26. If there is no user (such as a teacher) added as a reporter, the feedback will not be required.
