Users should have the ability to submit positive referrals, just as they would for incidents or minor infractions. Upon submission, the interface should mirror that of minor infractions, generating a positive letter that can be printed, translated, or emailed. These positive referrals should be visible on the student overview page, and administrators should have access to a chronological list of all submitted positive referrals.
