Teacher ISS/OSS Notification Email

Teachers need to be notified when a student is assigned ISS/OSS in order to prepare work or be aware that the student will not be in their course. An automated email to all teachers of a student who is assigned ISS/OSS would solve this issue. The email should have the students name, ISS or OSS, and the dates.
